I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The spacious rooms with a large well-fitted bathroom and a comfortable bed, along with a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and outdoor pool, were a real highlight. The variety of drinks and food options at reasonable prices added to the positive experience, although the issue of staff constantly removing the key card from the room and leaving the patio door open was a bit concerning.

The staff really tries their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. They are wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. However, the mix-up with putting other people's bills on my room was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, although some areas near the shower panels were a bit dirty. It was excellent but a little noisy at times due to noisy neighbors. There was no traffic noise, which was surprisingly nice. The location on the lower level was convenient, but it lacked the individual toiletries as advertised on the website.
